School-Based Consultation and Programming

Our Enhanced Collaborative Consult

We collaborate across fields of practice and seek to blend the best of each to develop individualized strategies and school/district-wide solutions to serve students who are disengaging from school, engaging in behaviors that interfere with their learning and mental health and/or are not progressing academically with current interventions. We seek out the strengths of our students and schools and develop programs designed to accelerate progress and maintain that success over time. Our consultation strives to be effective, durable and sustainable.

How we do that is what sets us apart from other approaches. Our extensive experience in numerous public and private schools has given us the perspective needed to identify strategies and systems that work and the knowledge to improve those strategies and systems that may be ineffective. We look at every student, school and district as an opportunity to bring out the “best” in everyone on a team and make lasting change. We value the expertise of all fields within a school’s ecosystem and believe that these fields should not co-exist separately from one another, but rather merge where possible and elevate everyone.

The ever-changing landscape of the student population can be difficult to plan support and programming for. Allow us to assist your district in designing effective programs to build sustained capacity within your district.
